- Experience in Project Administration, Contract Administration, or Project Coordination
- Solid organizational skills, proficiency in scheduling and task management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain stakeholder relations
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of Civil and Landscape Construction or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
