- Asia Wide Brand: Product and Technology | Work type: Full time | Location: Tokyo, Japan; Singapore; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Hong Kong; Shanghai, China | Categories: Digital and Technology, Commercial About the Prospect As a Solutions Consultant, you will position FCM as the business travel partner of choice by translating client business needs into scalable technology and service solutions. You'll act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support—guiding clients from discovery through solution design, value articulation, and successful adoption. Your stakeholders will span corporate travel managers, procurement leaders, finance and technology teams, external consultants, and executive sponsors. This is a highly visible, high‑impact role where your ability to shape strategy and tell compelling solution stories directly influences growth across Asia. What You Will Do
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client operating models, policy requirements, technology landscape, and success metrics
- Design end‑to‑end travel solutions combining FCM's platform, content, data, servicing, and integrations
- Translate complex requirements into clear solution architecture and measurable business outcomes
- Support sales cycles through compelling solution storytelling, workshops, and executive presentations
- Articulate FCM's differentiators across technology, service, data, and regional capabilities
- Partner with proposal teams to deliver high‑quality technical and solution responses for RFP/I/Q submissions
- Develop tailored solution narratives, playbooks, and enablement materials
- Deliver client workshops, adoption sessions, and internal training aligned with roadmap milestones and go‑to‑market priorities
- Act as subject‑matter expert for FCM technology and solution strategy
- Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, Deployment, and Support teams to ensure solution feasibility and continuity
- Provide structured feedback to Product on market needs, capability gaps, and innovation opportunities
- Contribute to demo environment strategy and reusable solution assets
- Support key client solution reviews post‑implementation and identify optimisation opportunities
- Drive best practices for scalable solution delivery across Asia markets Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in solution consulting, pre‑sales, implementation, or client technology roles (travel, SaaS, platform, or IT preferred)
- Strong ability to translate business challenges into technology and process solutions
- Executive‑level presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Experience engaging diverse stakeholders across commercial, operational, and technical functions
- Data‑driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and structured thinking
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
- Robust curiosity, ownership mindset, and growth ambition
- Willingness to travel as required
