Sales Manager – Personal Training & Disability Fitness …, City of Gold Coast

We're on the search for a genuine sales gun with a proven track record in sales. Ideally, your background is in the fitness PT or gym industry, franchise industry, disability sector, or another transferable sales workplace, either face-to-face or over the phone. Experience as a personal trainer, gym instructor, disability support worker, or a similar role is highly regarded, as there will also be some face-to-face involvement in actively helping clients living with disability achieve their health, fitness, and lifestyle goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front in sales.
- Handle inbound enquiries from people wanting to:
- Train with a Fitness Enhancement personal trainer
- Receive disability support or fitness through Fit Your Ability
- Build relationships with other NDIS-registered providers
- Purchase a Fitness Enhancement or Fit Your Ability franchise
- Perform a high volume of sales calls, focusing on long‑term retention, results and genuinely helping people rather than high‑pressure selling.
- Support, train, mentor and hold accountable franchisees across Australia to the same standards followed within our head office and Gold Coast operations.
