With significant growth in recent years and increasing international opportunities, we’re looking for current crew members to drive and support our business and customers. Core purpose of this role:
- Provide a “5 Star” customer experience
- Install SeaPen and FloatBricks dry docking systems and other products
- Perform both routine maintenance and service work, fault finding and product relocations (tools, company ute, trailer and boat provided as required by the job on the day)
- Position is based out of Gold Coast QLD but covers the greater Gold Coast and Brisbane region
- Some interstate and intrastate travel is required Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Able to work autonomously as an enthusiastic self‑starter
- Demonstrate positive planning & problem solving skills
- Good level of physical fitness (and can swim)
- Must have boat licence as minimum. A Coxswain 3 licence is highly desirable with a willingness to obtain, where necessary
- Hands on technical service experience
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Driver’s licence and must be able to reverse trailers
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential The right person for the position will:
