Purpose As the Housekeeping Manager, you play a pivotal role with an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. You will lead a team of skilled individuals to collectively create an amazing first impression for our guests – one of comfort, cleanliness and safety that sets the tone throughout their entire stay. Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the entire housekeeping department
- Implement cleaning standards and foster productivity, motivation, and qualified growth among all Housekeeping Team Members
- Procure cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping‑related inventory while managing budgets & controlling expenses
- Adhere to compliance with chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety regulations; ensure that all team members follow safety protocols
- Track labour expenses and productivity relative to occupancy rates, while also conducting daily inspections to assess room cleanliness standards Skills And Experience
- Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail and possesses prior leadership experience in housekeeping
- Exhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Display quick thinking and adaptability to ensure seamless daily operations
- Balance effective leadership with a team‑oriented spirit, actively engaging in hands‑on support to ensure the team's success
