As we grow, we're looking for a capable and organised Office Manager / Office Administrator to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help keep the business running smoothly. About the Role This is a blended role combining both office management and general administrative support. You'll be the central point of coordination for our team, ensuring the office runs efficiently while providing practical admin assistance across the business. - Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well‑organised workspace
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and relationships with external suppliers
- Provide general administrative support to the directors and team
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and small team events
- Assist with onboarding and basic HR documentation
- Support financial administration such as invoicing, receipting, expenses, and simple bookkeeping (if experienced)
- Essential bookkeeping experience is required for managing financial administration tasks
- Maintain records, filing systems, and internal documentation
- Act as a friendly point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers About You
- Experience in office management, office administration, or a similar role
- Minimum 3+ years experience in office management or office administration is required
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proficient with common office software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Positive, approachable, and willing to pitch in where needed
- Enjoys working in a small team where responsibilities are shared and valued
