All Interactive Distribution (AID) is a fast-growing distributor of entertainment software, hardware, consumer electronics and table‑top games, with a DC the size of two football fields. The company has been on the Gold Coast for over 40 years. We have a newly‑created opportunity for a self‑motivated administration professional to assist our Operations and Customer Service Managers. This role is based in Helensvale on the Gold Coast and is Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week – Permanent Full Time. What we offer

Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations and Customer Service Manager with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare reports for the Operations Manager
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide reliable, punctual support and care in day‑to‑day tasks Required Knowledge and Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to problem‑solve and improve operational processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Solid organisation and time‑management skills
