Primary Care Physician – Richmond, VA

We are a physician‑led primary care practice focused on moderate to low‑income seniors with complex chronic diseases. The clinic offers a coordinated, patient‑centered model that promotes higher quality and cost outcomes for patients and the health system.

Compensation

Base salary: $265,000 + bonus potential. Signing bonus up to $50,000, bringing total compensation to approximately $285,000.

Role Overview

Provide primary care to seniors with 3–5 chronic illnesses, seeing roughly 18 patients per day with a patient panel capped at 450. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15pm). No nights or weekends. Administrative time is built into the schedule. Partnership is possible without buy‑in; 65% of physicians achieve partnership within one year.
