Job Description

The role sits within an experienced finance team of professionals. The roles include:

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.

Support accounts payable and receivable processes.

Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Prepare and lodge BAS and other compliance reporting.

Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors.

Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

A degree or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
