Training Requirement

Must be available for training commencing 22nd June .

Responsibilities Generate and manage sales inquiry leads for our Fly, Stay & Cruise holiday packages. Close sales and achieve set targets while delivering outstanding customer service. Coordinate with the Aftersales Team to ensure smooth post‑sale bookings and customer experiences. Maintain accurate CRM data and update customer information as needed. Provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years in the customer service industry. Solid multitasking ability and capacity to meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software. Experience updating and maintaining CRM data. Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships. Experience working in a quick‑paced workplace. Experience travelling overseas – ideal.
