Due to our unprecedented growth, our stores within the Gold Coast area are currently seeking motivated and hardworking candidates to join our supermarkets as a department manager in training!
The successful applicants will be given the necessary training and skills required to eventually progress into a management role, leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department.
The departments that we currently have available for this amazing opportunity include:
Bakery
Customer Service
Dairy/Freezer
Grocery/Nightfill
Service Deli
Store/Duty Management
Working as part of an enthusiastic team in a fast-paced supermarket workplace, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential)
Capable of leading and motivating a team
Ability to order and control costs
Ability to understand gross profit calculations
Ability to create rosters
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very 'hands-on' approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
Ability to coach, train, and performance manage team members
Commitment to work health and safety standards
