In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving store performance, coaching a high-energy team, managing inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets and budgets – all while making sure our customers leave the store inspired.

What You’ll Be Doing Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and fostering team growth Deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand Lead operational excellence across inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and store presentation Support and inspire your team through coaching, mentoring, and hands‑on leadership Maintain a clean, organised, and visually striking store setting

What You’ll Bring Retail store management / 2IC experience (essential) A genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel Confident, hands‑on leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire your team A proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs Operational expertise in rostering, stock management, and store presentation Energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to make a real impact
