- Providing a robust security presence with exceptional customer service
- Experience in Control Room Operations – essential
- Experience using Milestone CCTV systems preferred
- Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
- Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness
- Managing access control and responding to client requests
- Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management
- Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication What You’ll Bring
- A valid QLD Full Security Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
- Sound judgement and problem‑solving skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Retail security experience is an advantage, but not essential Assetlink Licences
