What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager to join our Business Advisory team in our Gold Coast office. As a manager, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio while continuing to develop your leadership capability:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance outcomes
- Take ownership of workflow, WIP, and budgets, ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently and profitably
- Review financial statements and tax returns across a range of entity types
- Mentor and coach seniors, supporting them in delegation, workflow, and development
- Build strong client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their businesses
- Contribute to identifying advisory opportunities and adding real commercial value
- Support team performance, development conversations, and capability uplift
- Play an active role in continuous improvement and innovation within the team What you’ll bring
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven experience in Business Advisory / Tax within a public practice environment preferred
- Strong technical capability, with confidence reviewing work and guiding others
- A genuine interest in developing into a trusted business advisor and people leader
- Experience mentoring or informally leading team members
- Strong commercial thinking and ability to understand client needs beyond compliance
