The Role As a General Dentist at Nova, you’ll provide high-quality dental care across a broad range of general dentistry services while building trusted, long-term patient relationships. You’ll work closely with our clinical and support team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and a seamless patient experience from consultation through to treatment completion. We’re ideally seeking a dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience who is confident in treatment planning, patient communication, and comprehensive general dentistry. This role offers a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility across the roster including opportunities for some evening and Saturday appointments to support patient accessibility and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive general dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and preventative treatments
- Delivering ethical, patient-centred treatment recommendations aligned to individual patient needs
- Building strong patient relationships through clear communication and compassionate care
- Working collaboratively with Treatment Coordinators and the wider clinical team to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records and documentation
- Ensuring high standards of infection control, clinical governance, and patient safety
- Contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture
- Participating in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re an experienced and patient-focused clinician who takes pride in delivering high-quality dentistry with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
