Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Implementation Officer to join our Financial Planning team and support the delivery of high quality client outcomes through strong execution. About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and process-driven Implementation Officer to join our growing Financial Planning team and play a key role in supporting the implementation of financial advice. Ideal for someone who enjoys working in the detail, ensuring accuracy, and keeping workflows moving efficiently, this role is focused on execution excellence rather than client strategy. Working closely with advisers and the broader team, you’ll help translate advice into action across platforms, providers, and internal systems, ensuring all implementation tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, advisers, and external providers throughout the implementation process, ensuring everything progresses smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the implementation function, you will
- Action implementation of financial planning advice as directed by advisers
- Process insurance applications, investment transactions, and product changes
- Manage buy/sell transactions and product establishment across relevant platforms
- Prepare and distribute compliance documentation (PDS, TMDs, Authority to Proceed)
- Ensure all documentation is completed, signed, and stored in line with compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 / Fin365)
- Prepare and upload review packs, authority forms, and supporting documentation
- Liaise with product and platform providers to progress implementation tasks
- Monitor workflow queues and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes
- Maintain explicit communication with clients regarding progress, outstanding requirements, and next steps
- Assist with shared inbox management and incoming client or provider communications
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the financial planning function About You You’re someone who thrives in a structured, fast paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and getting things done properly the first time.
- At least 12 months’ experience in financial planning implementation
- Strong understanding of financial planning products and platforms
- Experience processing insurance applications, investment transactions, and product changes
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Xplan, Dynamics 365 or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
