We have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner to join our Organisational Capability team. As part of our team, you'll be working alongside highly experienced, dynamic, and energetic professionals. Reporting to our Organisational Capability & Learning Manager , this full‑time permanent role is located at our Coolangatta office. This is an exciting chance to make a difference in our community. - Design and deliver interactive and engaging training programs
- Build and manage the ongoing education calendar
- Monitor ongoing compliance of mandatory training
- Liaise with the leadership team in a true business partner role
- Undertake training needs analysis activity through an action based learning lens to understand the learning requirements
- Work with subject matter experts within the organisation to storyboard and design and build high quality eLearns About You
- Experience in training design and facilitation
- Have a passion for training and an ability to develop motivating, engaging and inspiring training
- Experience in training people of all ages, cultures, and diverse job roles
- Understanding of adult learning principles including action-based learning methodologies
- Demonstrated experience using Articulate (Rise & Storyline), Video Editing Software & Canva
- Has experience using a Learning Management System
- Qualification in adult learning/education
- minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40110) Bonus Points For
- Experience in aged care or community services
- Experience with DISC or coaching frameworks
- Working in an agile environment
