The Role As a Product Designer , you will lead discovery, validation, and end-to-end delivery. You’ll join a collaborative squad where you’ll be expected to frame problems through user-centric narratives and ship high-quality interactions that set a new standard for our brand. What You’ll Do
- Lead Discovery: Drive research activities, synthesise insights, and turn vague problems into a clear roadmap that transforms ambiguous roadblocks into high-speed opportunities.
- End-to-End Delivery: From messy early-stage wireframes to polished, high-fidelity prototypes. You’ll master the smooth cruising and the tightest corner cases with equal precision.
- Elevate the Craft: Apply strong interaction and visual design standards, ensuring accessibility and usability are engineered into every pixel.
- Collaborate & Align: Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations. You’ll facilitate workshops and use storytelling to get everyone moving toward the finishing line.
- Leverage Up-to-date Tools: Use AI tools to rapidly explore concepts, generate variations, and accelerate the discovery process. Who You Are
- You have proven experience designing SaaS products in agile environments.
- Your portfolio doesn't just show pretty UI; it shows how you think, how you validate, and how you drive outcomes.
- You thrive in undefined spaces and enjoy bringing clarity to the chaos.
- You understand the limitations and ethical considerations of AI, but you know how to use it to work smarter and faster.
- You hold a high bar for quality and aren't afraid to question assumptions to find a better way.
