- Support the shift by ensuring every area of the venue runs smoothly
- Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
- Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
- Ability to change kegs, gas cylinders and post‑mix syrups
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Be the go‑to when the captain is away, keeping the playbook on track and standards best in class What You’ll Bring
- 1 year of hospitality experience (preferably in a pub or bar environment)
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- RSA, RSG, and TAB basics
