Based at our Coomera headquarters on the Gold Coast, we are seeking an exceptional Freelance Contract Video Editor to work from our in‑house edit suite 1–3 days per week on an ongoing basis. This role suits an experienced editor who values precision, narrative and production excellence, and who takes pride in delivering work of the highest standard for a premium international audience. The role Working closely with our in‑house creative team, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day editorial output, managing the edit suite, media assets and incoming content from multiple sources. The scope of work spans fast‑turn news and social releases through to long‑form documentary, promotional and technical films that reflect Riviera’s heritage, craftsmanship and attention to detail. This is a hands‑on, trusted role requiring discretion, strong judgement and a meticulous approach to organisation and finish. Key responsibilities
- Edit and deliver polished, viewer‑ready content across digital, social and web platforms.
- Design and produce refined motion graphics, titles and transitions aligned to Riviera’s visual language.
- Manage media files, project structures and workflows within the edit suite.
- Interpret briefs and translate them into transparent, elegant and engaging video storytelling.
- Oversee projects from concept through to final delivery, often concurrently.
- Collaborate seamlessly within a small, high‑performing creative team.
- Anticipate and resolve production challenges with confidence and initiative. Experience and attributes
