Associate Level Senior Structural Engineer (City of Gold Coast)

Due to continued growth we are seeking an Associate-level Senior Structural Engineer to join our Queensland team located on the Gold Coast, providing technical leadership and overseeing the delivery of complex structural engineering projects across the state. The role involves leading projects from concept through construction, managing key client relationships, mentoring engineers, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the Queensland business. Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across various market sectors in Queensland
- Provide senior technical input, design review, and risk management in accordance with Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Manage client, consultant, and contractor relationships
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers within the QLD team
- Contribute to fee proposals, project resourcing, and business development activities
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and Queensland regulatory requirements About you
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng, NER) and RPEQ
- 10+ years’ experience in structural consulting engineering
- Robust leadership, communication, and client-facing capability
