- A$130,000.00/yr Principal Consultant, Commercial Accounting & Finance Mobile: Email: The Opportunity for 2026 Join our finance team in Staplyton as a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner . This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on combining technical accounting expertise with strategic business insight. You’ll take ownership of month-end reporting , support budgeting and forecasting and work closely with Finance leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. If you’re commercially minded , detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from front-line managers to senior leadership—this is the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do
- Own month-end and management reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful results.
- Partner with Finance leaders to explain performance, identify drivers, and influence decisions on pricing, costs, and investments.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, building realistic plans and tracking progress.
- Maintain strong financial controls and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and processes, and assist with audits. About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CA/CPA completed or in progress .
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a group, listed, or multi-entity environment.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
- Proven ability as a Finance Business Partner .
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under deadlines. What We Offer
