What You'll Be Doing
- Speak with warm, pre-qualified leads (zero cold calling).
- Build real trust and rapport with clients.
- Manage the full client journey from introduction to happy outcome.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, supportive team.

- 1–3 years' experience in sales, client service, or account management.
- Building rapport is your superpower.
- Confidence on the phone without being pushy.
- Customer-first attitude with a dash of greatness.
- Desire to grow fast, learn every week, and contribute to a team.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
- Bonus: experience in automotive, finance, or insurance (not required).
