As Events Sales Executive, you will identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including exhibitor sales, corporate sales, and existing account management of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including exhibitor sales, corporate sales, and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and target prospects.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure exhibitors.
- Engage with current exhibitors, conduct meetings, and send proposals to secure sales for each event.
- Attend industry and networking functions
- Attend competitive events within industry to source current leads Your Background
- Minimum 3+ years in business development, sales, within events, hotels or hospitality.
- Proven business development skills with a focus on on-the-road sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling, with the ability to engage prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets. Benefits
