- SME, MM, Corp at Domestic & International Broking houses Full Job Description Expression of Interest – Account Executives, Managers & Directors (Broking) Location: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast Type: Permanent We are currently partnering with a number of established broking houses, national networks and growth-focused advisory firms expanding across the Queensland market. With continued movement across SME, Mid-Market and Corporate segments, there is robust demand for client-facing brokers who can manage, retain and grow portfolios while delivering genuine advisory value. The Opportunity These roles sit across a range of platforms
- from high-performing local offices to larger national businesses
- all looking to strengthen their front-end capability. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of SME, Mid-Market or Corporate clients
- Building and maintaining strong insurer and client relationships
- Identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities
- Delivering tailored risk and insurance advice aligned to client needs
- Supporting and mentoring junior brokers (Manager/Director level)
- Contributing to broader growth and retention strategies About You We are interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience as an Account Executive, Broker or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to retain and grow a portfolio of business
- Commercial awareness across SME, Mid-Market or Corporate risks
- Leadership capability (for Manager / Director level appointments) What’s on Offer
