- Re‑engage existing Ausloans customers to generate repeat business
- Conduct proactive outbound calls aligned with campaigns and sales initiatives

- Clearly communicate the Ausloans value proposition to achieve conversion outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM systems

- Collaborate with internal brokers, credit team, and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed KPIs across call activity, conversions, and revenue
- Represent the Ausloans brand professionally in every interaction
