About the Job Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support documentation and day‑to‑day project coordination across a range of projects. Based in our Runaway Bay office, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, supportive team and play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly. Key Tasks
- Assist with project documentation and update as required
- Develop and maintain OH&S; documentation
- Prepare and assist with tender packages/maintain database
- Collate sub‑contractor and trade quotes and follow up
- Request final certificates on completion of projects
- Submit permit application forms and issue online induction keys About You
- 5 years admin experience; shopfitting or building & construction industry highly regarded
- Experience in OHS documentation
- Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office package
- Proactive approach, motivated with ability to follow instructions
