- Lead complex tax, business advisory and restructuring engagements beyond traditional compliance.
- Deliver strategic advice across companies, trusts, partnerships and individual structures.
- Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for sophisticated clients.
- Mentor, guide and develop senior managers and advisory professionals.
- Oversee compliance workflows, technical reviews and critical deadlines.
- Build referral networks and strengthen business development channels.
- Influence firm strategy, succession planning and future growth. About You
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience within Big4, mid‑tier or leading public practice.
- Advanced expertise in tax compliance, structuring, strategic business advisory and commercial consulting.
- Proven leadership capability, managing teams and developing future leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with sophisticated clients.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills.
