You will be at the forefront of business development efforts, strategically positioning Odoo as the go-to choice for accounting firms seeking to evolve from accountants into trusted business advisors. Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and configure workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for accounting firms.
- Support the growth of Odoo's partner network, empowering accounting firms worldwide to become certified Odoo Experts.
- Demonstrate Odoo's capabilities as an accounting firms expert through specialized knowledge and continuous training both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to convey customer and partner feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to elevate Odoo's reputation within the accounting firms community in the ANZ region.
- Participate in events such as roadshows, academies, fairs, school classes and workshops to showcase Odoo's accounting advantages and capabilities.
- During the initial weeks, immerse in projects with support from experienced colleagues, undergoing onboarding in the Quickstart team to handle diverse implementation projects such as HR, Marketing, Logistics, etc.
- Consistently deliver exceptional value and service to accounting firms, solidifying Odoo's position as the preferred choice. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting firm.
- Valid unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Rapid learning and strong problem‑solving ability.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous, assertive and proactive.
- Affinity to the IT world. Nice to have
- ITAA certification or similar.
- Experience in management software implementation.
- Experience in credit management, financial planning and IFRS.
