The Prospect This role sits at the centre of the company’s growth. You will work directly with the owner, giving you the autonomy to shape how the rent roll is built, how clients are won, and how the business scales. This is not a high-volume, churn-style role. - Generate recent managements through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Attend appraisals, leasing appointments, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors
- Convert opportunities into signed managements
- Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity
- Work closely with the owner to influence growth and strategy
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience for current clients About You
- Experience in a BDM, leasing, sales, or property-related role
- Proven ability to win new business or build strong client relationshipsStrong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow something long‑term
- Comfortable working autonomously in a high‑trust environment
