Credits Claims Officer / Storeperson | Automotive von Bibra Auto Group is a Multi Franchised Group of Dealerships located on the Gold Coast and employs 450+ Gold Coast locals! von Bibra Robina are now seeking a Credits Claims Officer to join their Robina Parts Warehouse team on a full-time basis working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.36pm with the occasional Saturday shift. Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer credit returns
- Ensuring Manufacturer and Transit claims are processed within the delegated timeframes
- Assist with inventory stocktakes
- General housekeeping throughout the department
- Assist the parts team with various admin and warehouse duties as required Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner and work to deadlines
- The ability to work in a team environment with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail with minimal errors
- An honest and reliable work ethic
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to adapt and learn current procedures and software packages
- A fast learner and the ability to pick up current skills
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with legal work rights
- Due to the demands of this role, you will be required to undertake manual handling activities, including the regular lifting of parts, in accordance with safe work practices
