Delivery Driver (New Town)

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to join our team at Lala’s Laundry. This role is responsible for collecting and delivering laundry to our residential and commercial customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service from start to finish. You’ll be the face of our delivery service
- so presentation, communication, and punctuality are key. Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver laundry orders to customers in a timely manner
- Safely transport items to and from the laundromat
- Communicate with customers upon arrival (friendly, professional service)
- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading laundry bags
- Check orders for accuracy before delivery
- Handle payments or confirm bookings where required
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
- Represent Lala’s Laundry in a positive, professional manner at all times What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s licence (clean driving record preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Friendly and confident dealing with customers
- Physically capable of lifting laundry bags
- Good knowledge of local areas (or ability to use GPS efficiently)
- Trustworthy and able to work independently
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a bonus (not essential) What We Offer
