Property Management - Junior (Mayfield)

The Role
- You’ll kick things off by supporting the team with day-to-day property management tasks — think inspections, admin, leasing support and general helping-out. While you’re learning, we’ll back you 100%, and when you’re ready we’ll get you running your own portfolio (without the training wheels).

What You’ll Be Doing- Tag-teaming with the property managers to help with inspections, tenant chats and admin.- Getting confident with our tech and systems — we love anything that makes life easier.- Helping out with leasing — open homes, processing apps, welcoming current tenants.- Building relationships with owners and tenants (eventually, when you’re running your own portfolio).- Learning heaps and levelling up fast.

What We’re Looking For- A good attitude and willingness to learn — experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.- Someone who’s comfortable with tech and can pick things up quickly.- A team player who can have a laugh but also knuckle down when it’s go time.- A driver’s licence (a must).- Certificate of Registration (awesome if you have it, but not essential).
