We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a** Training Advisor
- Individual Support**. **This dynamic role involves regular travel across the beautiful Hunter and Recent England regions**, providing a change to make a significant impact on the lives of many.

**The Role
- A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor**

As a Training Advisor you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
- Delivering Employability skills
- Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering
- Ensure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestone

**Criteria for Success**
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- TAE40110 or TAE40116 or TAE40122 or Diploma Higher in Adult Education
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Minimum 2 years’ Industry experience
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customers
- Ability to provide effective advisory, coaching and/or mentoring support
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check
