You’ll play a critical role in ensuring stock integrity and seamless product flow, directly supporting store performance and customer experience.If you thrive behind the scenes, love accuracy, and take pride in keeping operations running like clockwork, this role is for you.Permanent Full-Time | Monday–Friday RosterWhat You’ll Do- Own stock flow from delivery through to floor availability- Receive, process, and manage incoming stock with accuracy and efficiency- Maintain strong stock integrity through cycle counts and stocktakes- Ensure timely replenishment to support sales and customer experience- Keep the stockroom organised, safe, and operating at peak efficiency- Partner with store leadership, VM, and sales teams on floor moves and promotions- Proactively identify and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issuesWhat You Bring- Proven experience in a Stock Controller or stock-focused retail role, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work.
- Confidence working with stock systems, replenishment processes, and inventory management.
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take pride in doing things right.
