RF Picker & Packer – 3PL Warehouse Associate (Newcastle)

About the Role You will play a key role in warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack products for distribution.
- RF Scanning: Operate RF scanners to ensure precise inventory management.
- Sorting & Labelling: Sort, label, and perform quality checks on products.
- Returns Processing: Handle and process customer returns efficiently.
- Manual Handling: Safely lift and move items up to 15kg.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect and verify product quality standards.
- Order Processing: Manage both inbound and outbound orders. To Be Successful in This Role, You Must:
- Have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
- Be experienced in using warehouse management systems, including RF scanners.
- Be available to work full shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as required.
- Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets.
