**The Opportunity**

The Systems Specialist leads the analysis, design, development, and deployment of systems. You will identify areas for improvement, address customer needs, and deliver quality products and infrastructure. Collaboration with customers, vendors, and technology teams is key to maintaining a cost-effective and fit-for-purpose maintenance strategy.

This is permanent full-time role based in Newcastle.

**What You’ll Do**

Telstra Enterprise
- Customer Success & Sales helps Telstra's customers achieve their business goals by providing them with the right products, services, and support.
- Address customer needs with technical support and stellar customer service.
- Use customer data to improve system performance and integration with Telstra processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and track perks against contracts.
- Encourage system users to adopt new methods and tools.
- Perform quality control checks, report on system performance, and manage data effectively.
- Use CableSolve for asset management and ensure data integrity for IT equipment.
