**Casual Security Officer/Crowd Control**

**Location: Newcastle, Central Coast**, **Port Stephens and Hunter Region**

**Multiple Positions Available | Attractive Rosters | Immediate Start | 30+ Hours**

Tier One Industries is seeking diligent and skilled Security Officers to join our team!

**About the Role**: As a Security Officer at Tier One Industries, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons, clients, and the general public. Duties include:

- Monitor and manage crowd behaviour
- Enforce compliance of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
- Responding to incidents promptly and professionally
- Writing detailed and accurate incident reports
- Delivering high levels of customer service

**Role Requirements**:

- Valid Security Licence Class 1A
- Valid Provide First Aid Certificate
- Valid RSA Competency Card (for crowd control roles)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work weekends, mainly afternoons/nights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Represent the security team with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with patrons.
