Medical Receptionist Norwest Newcastle

Seeking part time Medical Receptionist (2 days per week) for a small friendly rheumatology practice located in Norwest.

Responsibilities

Taking incoming phone calls Managing appointment bookings and patient inquiries Welcoming patients into the practice Maintaining accurate medical records Billings and invoicing Additional administrative support as required

Requirements

Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is strongly preferred Experience with practice management software (Best Practice) desired Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid computer skills Eager to learn Able to work independently High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Commitment to providing empathetic and exceptional patient care
