About the role

We are looking for a Network and Radio Technical to support the timely and effective capability decisions and focus on ICT training, governance, operational support, and capability development. You will deliver training, governance, ICT Verification & Validation.

Repair and maintenance of radio technologies.

In-house ICT training and mentorship.

Assist with the appropriate policy and governance.

Manage sustainment of trial ICT capabilities.

Skills and experience required

Experience within the Defence workplace in a similar role.

Networking and cyberspace desirable.

Routing and switching essentials.

Server administration and configuration.

Defence technical regulatory awareness.

Cryptographic security.

Radio frequency fundamentals.

Network information assurance and configuration management.

Basic electronics, and Satellite systems.

Essential qualifications

Network Technician background with National Qualifications including but not limited to: Cisco Certified Networking Academy (CCNA) & Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC).
