About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our growing team. This role involves conducting routine inspections and entry/exit condition reports across residential properties, with a robust focus on accuracy, efficiency, and presentation.

This is a mobile role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections across residential properties Complete detailed entry, exit, and condition reports Capture explicit, consistent photographic evidence Identify maintenance issues and report accurately Liaise professionally with property managers and tenants Ensure all reports are completed within required timeframes

About You Holds a current Real Estate Certificate (mandatory) Registered with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) (mandatory) Solid attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using inspection/reporting software and mobile apps Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
