Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking expressions of interest from motivated and reliable candidates to join a leading supplier of galvanised steel products. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for dedicated Production Workers to become part of a high-performing team.

About the Role

Monday to Friday roster with consistent hours and overtime opportunities Day and Afternoon shifts available: 6:00am -2:00pm, 2:00pm- 10:00pm Casual hourly rate: $31.19 – $35.87 + penalties + super Supportive team environment Strong focus on safety and training

Key Responsibilities

Wiring steel products onto jigs in preparation for galvanising General factory and production duties Strapping and packing steel for dispatch Manual handling and repetitive tasks

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Good physical fitness with no lifting or movement restrictions Ability to work safely around machinery and in a fast-paced setting Willingness to work in varying weather conditions Robust reliability and commitment to attendance Strong safety awareness Be able to pass ongoing drug & alcohol screening A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
