At Myo Munchee, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Manager of Campaigns & Marketing Operations to help power the next stage of our global growth. - Loves coordinating campaigns from idea to execution
- Enjoys managing content calendars, launches and marketing workflows
- Can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Understands both strategy and execution
- Loves using tools like HubSpot, Canva, AI and digital marketing systems You’ll be responsible for the running of the day-to-day marketing engine of the business including:
- Campaign coordination
- Website updates
- Content management
- Marketing operations
- Agency and stakeholder coordination This is a hands‑on role where you will “make the plan happen”. What You Will Be Doing Campaigns & Marketing
- Coordinate end‑to‑end marketing campaigns
- Build campaign schedules and timelines
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
- Manage content workflows and marketing calendars Content & Digital
- Create and coordinate blogs, emails, SEO and campaign content
- Assist with website updates and landing pages
- Support social and digital marketing activities including paid social, social collaborator relationships & SEM Operations & Coordination
- Work closely with our internal team and external designers, consultants and agencies
- Keep marketing projects moving and organised
- Maintain systems including HubSpot and Monday.com
- Prepare reports and dashboards
- Support the promotion of expos, conferences, webinars, events and Instagram Lives
- Coordinate event promotion and support lead follow‑up
- Assist with our team and practitioner marketing toolkits and customer stories. What We Are Looking For
- Have 3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing, campaigns or marketing operations
- Love systems, organisation and bringing ideas to life
- Are confident working across multiple stakeholders
- Have strong written communication skills
- Enjoy problem solving and continuous improvement
- Understand digital marketing and customer journeys
- Are confident using HubSpot, Canva, ChatGPT / AI tools, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Email marketing platforms Why Join Our Myo Munchee Team?
