Job Summary

Be a part of transforming Australia's digital landscape as a Customer Field Technician in Tamworth. In this customer-facing role you will install, repair and maintain nbn products and services across all nbn technologies.

Responsibilities

Installation of copper and fibre cabling, including jointing, jumpering and splicing.

Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).

Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE.

Work autonomously and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining integrity, honesty and self-management.

Qualifications

Experience in cable, communication or electrical installation, or transferable skills from a similar field.

Strong customer-service skills, both written and verbal.

Current and clean driver's licence.

Willingness to undertake a criminal history check and a pre‐employment medical assessment.

Working Conditions

Field based in Tamworth, working in customer premises with a versatile schedule between 7am and 7pm.

Permanent full‐time role.
