In this role, you will provide high‐quality administrative and financial support across revenue operations, including processing invoices, reconciling transactions, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with NSW Health requirements. You will bring strong organisational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment, along with experience in administration or finance and excellent communication skills. What you'll be doing The Revenue Officer is responsible for ensuring all revenue‐related administration and financial transactions and processes are managed in accordance with legislative, statutory, NSW Health and NSW Health Pathology compliance obligations. Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated knowledge and use of billing systems as well as the ability to analyze and report on findings Proven knowledge and experience with regards to interpreting applicable policies and legislation pertaining to billing requirements in an accounts‐related/revenue setting Demonstrated high‐level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare a range of documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders Developed analytical and problem‐solving skills with an ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into consideration the impact on others to achieve results and meet key performance indicators Demonstrated experience working within an environment requiring sensitivity and consideration in relation to confidentiality and privacy Information for applicants NSW Health Pathology is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace.
