Role The Seasonal Store Associate is a customer service specialist, responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth product information, and acting as a brand ambassador at all times. Working Hours This role requires rostered shifts, including late‑night trading, weekends, and public holidays. A typical schedule may include:
- Monday: 08:00–18:30
- Tuesday: 08:00–18:30
- Wednesday: 08:00–18:30
- Thursday: 08:00–22:00
- Friday: 08:00–18:30
- Saturday: 08:00–18:00
- Sunday: 09:00–18:00 Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
- Assist customers with their needs.
- Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional service at fitting rooms and checkouts.
- Process deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back‑of‑house areas.
- Replenish stock and update shop‑floor displays. Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- The desire to achieve the best in every task.
- Approachability and comfort engaging a range of customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
