Property Manager - Industrial portfolio (Western Australia)

The Opportunity
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and institutional clients
- Provide end to end industrial property management and portfolio oversight
- Lead lease administration, tenancy schedules and critical date management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and detailed financial reporting
- Drive rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings and negotiations
- Monitor recoveries, outgoings, cash flow and asset financial performance
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee compliance obligations About You
- Experience in commercial or industrial property management
- Confidence managing landlord relationships and client reporting
- Strong understanding of commercial leases, rent reviews and asset performance
- Solid financial capability across budgets, forecasts and reconciliations
- The ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a broader team
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- WA Property Registration / Licence
- Experience with property management systems (MRI desirable) Advantages
