- Part Time We are seeking to establish a pool of Student Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the **** school year and up to the end of Term 2, ****. Responsibilities As integral members of our multi-tiered support system, you would play a pivotal role in our positive behaviour support initiatives, and effective case management. Your responsibilities would include supporting student wellbeing, attendance, and behaviour. Ideally, we seek individuals who are skilled in building strong relationships with students, staff and parents and who can lead restorative conversations; skills highly desirable for success in this position. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students and to contribute significantly to the school's student support framework. Qualifications Suitable applicants will ideally have strong commitment to student services and a desire to develop their expertise in this area. They should excel at engaging, motivating and supporting students at educational risk, while being fully aligned with our school's vision and strategic plan. This position is an integral part of the current Student Support team, with no planned teaching FTE, as well as potential line management of the Year-Co-ordinators.
