Student Life The Student Life Directorate delivers services and evidence-based programmes for current students, focusing on health, wellbeing and student experience. Responsibilities Lead and operationalise ECU's sport and recreation programmes, translating strategy into engaging, inclusive initiatives that drive participation and wellbeing. Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and student communities to deliver high-quality programmes and opportunities. Develop and drive a high-performing team, ensuring safe, effective operations and continuous improvement through data, insights and innovation. Desired Qualifications and Experience Proven success in leading sport, recreation or engagement programmes, delivering initiatives that increase participation and create inclusive, high-impact experiences. Track record of influencing programme outcomes through strategic thinking, data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Robust leadership, inspiration and collaboration skills to deliver complex programmes and build sustainable partnerships.
