CONTESSI NOMINEES PTY LTD, trading as Kalbarri Escapes, located in Kalbarri WA 6536, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Accommodation and Hospitality Manager (nec) to join their team at Riverview Holiday Apartments. Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facility to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Directing and coordinating reservation, front office, housekeeping, and guest services activities for the holiday apartments
- Managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes, and complex guest enquiries
- Monitoring and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and property maintenance across the complex
- Controlling the selection, scheduling (rostering), basic training, and supervision of hospitality staff
- Supervising security arrangements, grounds, and common area maintenance to ensure a safe setting
- Overseeing local purchasing, budgeting, and administrative procedures related to the property
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements, hygiene standards, and operational procedures About you
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in accommodation or hospitality management (experience in holiday rentals or serviced apartments is highly regarded)
- Sound knowledge of accommodation operations, property management systems, guest services, and administrative procedures
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage staff and guest relations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic coastal holiday environment
- Understanding of Australian workplace safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00
